Given the growing popularity of our website we at poetology.com have gone through certain measures to insure that everyone that logs on gets quality edutainment alongside cutting edge technology. To compensate for the number of you who log on to poetology.com daily we are constantly increasing our disk space as well as our disk usage allowability. We have also utilized several web tools that enable you the user to interact within our website by adding events, poetry submissions, etc. and the ability to listen to Spoken Word poetry 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In the near future we hope to create two dedicated servers to provide you with constantly fed audio and visual performances and recordings as well as live interviews broadcast through the web for those near and far to view and enjoy. We also wish to enhance Poetology Radio to function like a full fledged radio station, where you the listener or artist can request pieces or even add your work or your favorite artists' work to our rotation.
In order to stay abreast of all the technological advances and still provide you with the quality of service you've learned to expect from Poetology.com we have incurred several additional expenses to maintain the web community that you all know and love. We also anticipate several more charges to make Poetology.com a superior web entity that we all can share in and enjoy.
Over the years thanks to you, we have grown from a small website on a free server (poetology.com version 1.0) to our current version Poetology.com version 3.1, which has garnered over 100,000 hits. In this transition we are asking you-- to help us-- create the best web based spoken word community there is.
