You, the artist, attest that the work is the sole property of the owner or group by which it is submitted. All work submitted must be the artist's original creation or must be previously licensed by the artist. Poetology in no way accepts liability for the unlicensed use of another artist's work.

Upon the receipt of the initial $25.00 setup fee for this agreement, Poetology accepts the responsibility of hosting, selling, and shipping the artist's work via Poetology.com . In that vein, Poetology will pay the artist the total of 60% of the sale price excluding shipping, handling, and taxes for all products sold.

The artist will provide Poetology at least 5 copies of the artist's original work for inventory, a description of the work for publication, and a digital image representing the work. Upon the event of the sale of the copies provided, Poetology will pay the artist according to the above agreement. In the event that Poetology has 2 or fewer items in inventory, Poetology will request an additional shipment from the artist. Poetology will provide the artist with a written confirmation upon the receipt of the works to be sold. As Poetology takes the utmost care in shipping the item to the customer, any items returned to Poetology as unplayable or having poor recording quality, will be returned to the artist in exchange for the cost of refunding the customer or a replacement item to return to the customer, according to the customer's choice.

Poetology reserves the right to decline any submissions for any reason.
